Good intentions are not good enough for selecting and implementing prevention strategies. This toolkit was designed by prevention specialists in collaboration with Utah PTA for EVERY school and EVERY child here in Utah. Red Ribbon Week (October 23 31) is the oldest and largest drug prevention program in the Nation and a way for people and communities to take a visible.
